Machine Operator & General Laborer, $15.00/hour - 2nd Shift - Spring Lake

A Spring Lake manufacturer that specializes in the powder coating of metal parts is seeking a Machine Operator & General Laborer to join their growing team on 2nd Shift. Hours are 2:00pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday.) Overtime may be required.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively is required
- Previous Stamping Press experience
- Prevous Robotic Weld Experience
- Ability to read and interpret a variety of written procedures, part numbers, and operational instruction sheets
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Skills:
- Will be hanging and dehanging part parts on the line up to company and client standards
- Will be ensuring parts are hung correctly on the powder coat paint line
- Responsible for inspecting parts for paint and quality defects
- Will take parts off of the hang line and package them into bins or crates
- Responsible for preparing parts for shipment
- Follow operational and safety procedures set forth
Machine Operators & General Laborers will be working as part of a team to assist in loading parts onto a paint line, painting parts, unloading parts off of a hang line, and preparing parts for shipment, operating Stamping Press’ and Robotic Welders. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position.
