Job Description

Part Expeditor , $20 / hr, Warren, MI

Are you detail-oriented with strong organizational skills? Do you have experience in receiving inspection, data entry, job coordination, and final inspection ? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Qualifications :

Experience in receiving & final inspection
Ability to perform job initiation data entry and production coordination
Forklift operation experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Skills :

Ability to review, compare, and verify shipping / receiving documents

Experience preparing and affixing identification slips to incoming jobs

Ability to assist customers with loading / unloading work and move materials within the facility

Strong communication skills to notify customers of job status and establish delivery timelines

Ensure outgoing shipments are compliant with customer specifications

Ability to determine proper packaging and assembly of jobs in compliance with quality standards

Experience in document control, technical writing, and data entry

Ability to analyze needs, develop, and implement programs as assigned

Perform periodic preventive maintenance and assist with building and equipment repairs

Proficient in operating office machines such as typewriters, calculators, duplicators, and fax machines

As a Part Expeditor , you will be responsible for receiving inspection, job coordination, customer communication, final inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation . You will also assist in preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and document control . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment .
