Job Title : Pattern Supervisor
Location : Grand Rapids, MI
Pay Range : $25 - $28 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Shift : 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Pattern Supervisor to lead our team and oversee production operations. As a working supervisor, you will manage a team of 8-10 employees, perform individual production tasks, and ensure efficient operations and quality standards.
Responsibilities for the Pattern Supervisor :
- Supervise and guide a team of 8-10 employees to ensure quality production and meet performance standards
- Oversee production and shipping operations on the plant floor
- Perform individual production tasks, such as final inspection
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines and goals
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
