Work with the Engineering & Maintenance Manager to ensure machine readiness and efficiency.Develop solutions to address and prevent quality issues.Responsibilities :
Production Management :Oversee daily operations of the CNC machine facility, including milling, turning, and grinding processes.
Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules.Develop and implement strategies to achieve production goals and maintain high output quality.Team Leadership :Lead, motivate, and support a team of skilled machinists and technicians.
Manage training programs to ensure employees stay updated on best practices and technologies.Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Quality Assurance :Ensure all parts meet stringent tolerance and quality standards.
Collaborate with quality control teams to identify and resolve defects or process inefficiencies.Process Optimization :Evaluate and enhance CNC processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Implement and monitor KPIs for productivity, downtime, and waste reduction.Cross-Departmental Collaboration :Work closely with engineering, procurement, and customer service teams to align production goals with broader organizational objectives.
Contribute to new product development and prototype manufacturing processes.Compliance and Maintenance :Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Essential Qualifications :

Qualifications :
