Press Operator - 2nd Shift - $17 / hr - Manchester, MI

Responsibilities :
- Utilize control plans, micrometers, calipers, and protractors to inspect raw materials and finished parts for quality.
- Load and unload metal coils through progressive dies, ensuring proper alignment and operation.
- Accurately complete production paperwork, including job cards and tally sheets.
- Operate press machinery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Remove metal scrap from the press area and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow SPC charts and quality procedures to meet production standards.
- Label and box finished parts for shipment.
Qualifications / Skills :
As a Press Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality metal components. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing setting.
