Qualifications :
Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions with the ability to write simple correspondence and work orders
Must be able to interpret math problems, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure
Will be required to use a tape measure down to the 32nd
Must have excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to comfortably lift between 50-80 pounds consistently throughout the shift
Must feel comfortable and confident inspecting glass at each stage of the process, and communicate issues with the supervisor
Skills :
Ability to safely operate manual production machinery and CNC machinery to cut, edge, and fabricate glass
Able to lift parts as repetitively
Reposition work as needed
Ability to inspect the glass for defects
A local company specializing in glass and mirror products for industrial and specialty purposes is looking for CNC Operators to join their 3rd Shift growing team! Hours are 9 : 50pm-6 : 00am (Sunday-Thursday.) Overtime may be required. Will be operating production machinery and CNC machinery to cut, edge, and fabricate glass. Will be inspecting glasses for defects after production. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position.
