2nd 4 : 00 pm to 2 : 30 am Monday- Thursday possible Overtime on Fridays and Saturday
Job Summary :
Work with a leading global supplier of automotive seating and electrical systems. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Line Associate to join our team. Candidates will be assisting in the production and assembly of our products utilizing assembly machinery, robotics welders, and machine presses.
Responsibilities
Perform assembly tasks on the production line, including installing components, connecting electrical systems, and testing products
Utilize and operate robotic welding equipment and assembly machinery
Inspect products for quality and defects, and perform rework as necessary
Package and prepare products for shipping
Collaborate with other production team members to achieve efficient and safe production operations
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
Meet production standards for quality, efficiency, and safety
Key Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, bend, stoop, etc. for long periods
Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Requires fluent use of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in Quality inspection / assurance
