Production Worker, $16 / hr-Ft. Wayne
Local Fort Wayne Company supplies one of the highest-rated high-volume cable reels across the US. This small, yet high-volume production shop is looking for a member to join their skilled team long-term and full-time! 1st shift 6 : 00AM-4 : 30 PM $16.00
Key Responsibilities :
Operation of punch press and various similar machines
Operation of jig welding equipment
Ability to learn set up and change over procedures
Responsible for inventory and production count tracking
Responsible for quality inspection and material handling
Responsible for meeting daily quota to fill customer orders
Responsible for loading / unloading materials
Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications :
Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs
Must be able to read basic blueprints
Organizational Skills
Experience related to machine operation and / or mechanical assembly
Must have a Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed
Mechanical aptitude, welding experience, CDL, and / or tool & die experience a plus!
