1st shift- Quality Tech $20 / hr -Mishawaka, IN

Qualifications :
Technician will make a print out of all gages for calibration on a monthly basis
Gages will be calibrated by the technician before or on due date
Verify on printout with an initial complete calibrations
Technician will participate in capability studies, document corrective actions
Returned material will be analyzed by technician, recorded on form F-19
Technician must be qualified to perform quality inspector and first / last piece
The technician will support the company in QS efforts and continuous improvement
The continuous improvement team will complete the C.A.R. worksheet
Skills :
Ability to apply common sense understanding, collect quality data and create reports
Must be able to read and comprehend blueprint layouts
Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances
Training of quality standards and product flow
Regularly lift and / or move 20 pounds and / or move more than 100 pounds.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions,
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in whole numbers, fractions, decimals
Understand verbal and written training material in English.
A 1st shift position, 6 : 00AM-2 : 30PM working with the quality team, checking parts and reading prints. Temporary to hire opportunity.
