Workbox Staffing is hiring for an Advanced Seating Engineer in Roseville, MI .
Responsibilities :
- Scope new projects from start to finish, define action plans, and develop unique solutions.
- Work with the CAD Design Team to create and evolve seating-related 3D CAD solutions.
- Pioneer creative solutions to meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Lead engineering solutions and prototype builds, ensuring program milestones are met.
- Understand seat structural design, CAE, validation testing, and certification.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and diverse customer bases, leading meetings and driving solutions.
- Maintain, track, and close out open items, including managing prototype builds and resolving technical issues.
- Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
