1st shift Weekend - MIG Welder, $20 - Fort Wayne
Work for a highly sought-after, local fabrication company!
This company produces large concrete mixers found on cement trucks among other products. In this role, you would weld together components, as specified by work instructions for each job, using gas metal, arc-welding equipment. You would then be expected to inspect welds and rework as needed. 1-year minimum MIG experience required, bonus points if you know stick welding too. Overtime is available but NOT mandatory.
Key Responsibilities :
Welding for 90% of the shift
Miscellaneous tasks-cleaning up work area and assisting in general cleaning of the shop for 10% of the shift
Produce a quality product by welding using mig / blueprints
Qualifications :
Ability to follow directions
Ability to stay on task with little supervision
MIG welding experience
Fabricating experience
Must have your own welding helmet
This company also has a $2.25 / hr bonus you can make with good attendance and an ability to meet rate requirements!! 1st shift Friday through Sunday 6 : 00 AM-6 : 30 PM. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!!!
