Mechanical Designer , up to $35 / hr - Shelby Twp, MI
We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to work for a furnace system design and manufacturing company! If you feel you fit the bill, this is the place for you!
Responsibilities :
- Develop and create detailed mechanical designs and specifications using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Collaborate with others to ensure designs meet performance and quality standards.
- Conduct design calculations and simulations to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including design records, technical specifications, and assembly instructions.
- Participate in design reviews, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Support prototype development and testing, analyzing results to refine designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the development and manufacturing phases.
Qualifications :
A day in the life at this company for this position consists of showing up and working 7am-4pm, Mon-Fri. In this position, you’d be mainly responsible for developing and creating detailed mechanical designs and specifications using CAD software.
