The WCIRB is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Senior Leadership Team, Chief Legal Officer and Actuarial and Legal Departments. The ideal candidate for this critical role on a collaborative team will be a high-performing problem solver with a background in executive support in a corporate or legal environment. This position requires someone who is very organized, detail-oriented and possesses effective written and verbal communication skills. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, including reviewing and proofing legal and other documents, calendaring meetings and hearings and providing general administrative support, all while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and edit correspondence, reports, committee documents, presentations and administrative filings, many of which contain confidential, proprietary and sensitive information.
- Schedule and calendar status conferences, hearings, meetings and events; coordinate with internal staff and external committee members and counsel.
- Compile exhibits and complete service of filings for administrative appeals.
- Review insurance policy forms and maintain forms database.
- Maintain files, manage documents and procedures and assist with long-term and complex special projects as needed.
- Organizes the workflow in the absence of the Executive Administrative Manager.
