Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting industrial equipment and structures, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. This role requires proficiency in various painting techniques and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment. Preference in epoxy application.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
- Operate power tools and precision measuring instruments to achieve accurate results.
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even coverage and high-quality finishes.
- Conduct inspections of painted surfaces to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble and fabricate parts as required for projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to lean manufacturing principles.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues related to the painting process.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials and operating machinery.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial painting
- Automobile painting experience will not be considered
- Prefer Epoxy experience

- $17 - $21 DOE
