Now Hiring: Parts Customer Service Representative
Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour
Location: Winter Haven
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Process customer Purchase Orders (PO's) via email and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide support
- Manage compliance data, quotes, and billing
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and order updates
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to read instructional manuals and technical drawings (a plus)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and (if applicable) physical exam
