What You’ll Do
Prepare accurate cost estimates for concrete structures, ensuring competitive and profitable bids
Analyze blueprints, specs, and project requirements to develop detailed take-offs
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project managers to optimize pricing and timelines
Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies for each project
Stay ahead of industry trends and pricing to keep bids competitive
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in concrete estimating or related field
- Strong understanding of structural concrete, formwork, and rebar
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift, HCSS HeavyBid)
- Sharp analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
