Job Responsibilities :
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Post customer payments and ensure accounts are up to date
- Generate reports on accounts payable and receivable activities
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
