We have an immediate opening for a skilled apartment / facilities maintenance technician in the Bay Area. Candidate must have adequate tools, experience and a clean driving record. No DUI's in the last 5 years. This is a day shift but will required maintenance techs to be on call every month and a half for the full week. Must be familiar with turnarounds and general maintenance PM's.
General duties : maintain, complete apartment turnaround and complete daily maintenance PM's. Must have a good attitude and comfortable working with others when required.
Schedule : Monday - Friday with the availability to work weekends as well when required. Maintenance techs are required to be on call every month and a half for the full week.
Pay rate : $25.00 per hour
