Career Opportunity: Branch Operations Representative 

Location: Chelmsford, MA (On-site)

This position will be based out of our Athol Branch and floating to other close-by branches as needed. 

Chelmsford Branch Hours: Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Thursday 9:00AM - 6:00PM; Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Candidates will be required to work a flexible schedule based on branch operational needs.   

Compensation: 

This position offers a competitive pay range from $23.24/hour to $34.86/hour, with a target hiring range of $25/hour and $28/hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

Position Summary: 

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a drive for accuracy in branch operations? If so, we invite you to apply for the Branch Operations Representative role! As a Branch Operations Representative, we will rely on you to perform various duties to ensure branch compliance and operational efficiency. You will balance ATMs and ITMs, orders cash and prepare cash shipments as needed; Place Debit/ATM/Business/Travel card orders; Conduct monthly and quarterly branch security audits; Review branch error logs and accounts; and assist branch staff with lobby leading and transactions as needed.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Accurately process all teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and check cashing, etc. as well as assist with end of day balancing.
• Perform regular audits of ITMs, ATMs, vaults, and cash drawers. 
• Ensure accuracy in logs and compliance with security procedures. Review error logs and facilitate necessary corrections.
• manage cash orders and ensure branch operations run smoothly and securely.
• Deliver exceptional service by resolving member inquiries and issues promptly. 
• Develop a deep understanding of our products to drive sales and provide tailored solutions that meet members’ needs.
• Participate in sales activities to achieve branch goals. Refer members to business partners for specialized services like small business, investments, and mortgages.

Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or equivalent required. 
• Minimum of three years of branch banking experience.
