Job Description

Job Summary

The P&A Operator is responsible for the assembly and packaging of products being manufactured.

Major Responsibilities

Assemble and package organizational products.
Inspect and trim finished product as needed as it comes off the production line.
Complete daily product production paperwork.
Sweep and remove debris and trash from workstation and maintain overall cleanliness of work area during and at end of shift.
Adhere to all safety guidelines including but not limited to wearing of proper PPE.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

High school Diploma or GED.

Attention to detail with the ability to read and write.

Ability to detect defective product based on work instructions and supplied product samples.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work various hand tools (plastic clippers, etc.)

Ability to stand and move about the facility and to stack product above head during a 12-hour shift. Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Must pass a background check
