Job Summary
The P&A Operator is responsible for the assembly and packaging of products being manufactured.
Major Responsibilities
· Assemble and package organizational products.
· Inspect and trim finished product as needed as it comes off the production line.
· Complete daily product production paperwork.
· Sweep and remove debris and trash from workstation and maintain overall cleanliness of work area during and at end of shift.
· Adhere to all safety guidelines including but not limited to wearing of proper PPE.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
· High school Diploma or GED.
· Attention to detail with the ability to read and write.
· Ability to detect defective product based on work instructions and supplied product samples.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work various hand tools (plastic clippers, etc.)
· Ability to stand and move about the facility and to stack product above head during a 12-hour shift. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
