Requirements:
- Load, unload, and move materials within the worksite using hands, trucks, or other equipment.
- Perform tasks that require physical strength and stamina, such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Execute tasks according to the directions given by supervisors or team leaders.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- For machine operators, relevant experience/certification are preferred.
- Assist in the assembly of products or structures as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required for the job.
