QC Raw Material Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves performing various quality inspections and utilizing precision measurement tools to maintain our commitment to excellence in production.

Duties

• Performs quality checks to meet specifications, including but not limited to, label inspections, batch code inspections, weight claim checks, and physical appearance.
• Prepares finished goods/incoming components inspection sheet.
• Implement and adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Place product on hold for further review if product does not meet acceptable limits.
• Works closely with shipping department to follow their shipping priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Logical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.
• Maintains a systematic and analytical approach to tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
• Previous experience in Quality is a plus but not required.
• Office, Excel, Word and Navision.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
