Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize backend features and integrations using Python & Django .
- Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines and improve monitoring systems .
- Conduct performance testing and optimize system efficiency.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and provide oncall support as needed.

8 years of software engineering experience, with strong Python & Django skills (70-80% backend work). Hands-on DevOps & containerization experience (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes). Ability to work flexibly across backend and platform / DevOps tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Salary : $200,000
