We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Project Coordinator. In this role, you will assist project managers in planning, organizing, and delivering technical projects while leveraging tools like Asana, Google Docs, and Excel to ensure efficient communication and documentation. Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of technical projects using tools like Asana to track progress and manage tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in Google Docs, including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Use Excel for tracking budgets, timelines, and other project metrics, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to gather requirements and assess project feasibility.
- Assist in identifying and resolving project risks and challenges to keep timelines on track.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Excel, including formulas and data visualization.
- Basic understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or engineering concepts.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
