We're currently seeking a skilled Regional Maintenance Manager to play a pivotal role in their continued success.
Job Summary :
This leader will manage the performance of Maintenance Directors, ensure compliance with safety and health codes, and oversee all aspects of preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and capital improvement projects across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee Maintenance Directors at each of the five assisted living facilities, providing guidance, resources, and performance management.
- Take ultimate responsibility for preventive maintenance programs, equipment repairs, and facility improvements to ensure optimal operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for critical healthcare systems and infrastructure.
- Educate facilities teams and enforce compliance with building safety, sanitation, health, and fire codes, including NFPA 101 for healthcare facilities.
- Ensure adherence to life safety and environmental care standards across all facilities.
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of maintenance, building trades, housekeeping, and facilities staff.
- Manage facility capital improvement projects, including building renovations and mechanical system upgrades, ensuring long-term functionality.
