The positions that are initially trained upon starting are :

• Stacking Egg Trays - The employee is trained in the stacking technique used when loading the eggs on Lab Racks.
• Loading Lab Racks The employee is trained in the system and responsibilities of loading a Lab Rack and running a Rack Lift.
• Hole Filling- The employee is trained on correct egg handling and the responsibilities of the hole filling position.
• Straightening Eggs The employee is trained how to straighten eggs before they reach the candling booths.
• Pre Candling The employee is trained in identifying unacceptable eggs before they reach the Candling Booths.
• Candling The employee will be trained to identify acceptable and unacceptable eggs.
• Egg Room - Transporting eggs from the Transport Racks to the Incubator Racks and prepping for incubation.

Pay : $15.00 per hour
