Responsibilities
• End to end management of successful client software implementation / integration projects, including administration of contractual deliverables and timelines for one or more projects of moderate complexity:
• Includes planning, implementing, monitoring, and completing projects, ensuring effective management of scope, resources, time, budget, quality, risk, and communications
• Ability to set goals, evaluate performance, and encourage collaboration
• Successfully negotiate internally and externally for Project needs, schedule, and scope
• Constructively manage personality and client conflicts
• Ensure the timely and budgeted completion of projects
• Ensure project management methods are used effectively and project management artifacts are readily available
• Ability to perform project control activities, including but not limited to:
• Creating and maintaining detailed project plans
• Weekly status reports
• Financial health reports to senior leadership
• Meeting minutes
• Coordinating staffing activities using shared resource pool for projects
• Reporting of project review findings so that the most important problem and noteworthy areas are clearly identified
• Illustrates knowledge of project recovery and when it may be required
• Demonstrates honesty and compassion for customers’ needs
• Manages the creation, execution and analysis of Project Change Orders and Scope of Work documents, including their estimates
• Establish and manage customer expectations, changes, or gaps in delivery and mitigate issues that may interfere with project success
• Manages internal reporting and analysis for financial profitability across multiple projects
• Employs an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style that works across the organizational teams and regions to gain support and implement positive and successful change initiatives to improve overall Project Management processes and tools
• Makes continuous improvement a priority
• Encourages best practices, tools, and processes by following guidelines and processes established by the Center for Project Excellence competency center
• Maintains a culture of innovation, confidence and trust, best practice development
• Maintains and promotes integrity in all endeavors
• Assists with mentoring in both hard and soft skills required for the successful planning, execution, delivery and support of projects and their products
• Develops detailed staffing plans by resource for internal resource allocation/capacity planning
• Balances the client and internal team needs to understand and ensure proactive staffing decisions to:
• Deliver projects in a timely fashion
• Mitigate / reduce staffing risk
• Meet business financial objectives
Requirements
• 3 years of project management experience working with external customers
• 5 years of Project Management experience with enterprise software implementations
• Entrepreneurial mindset required, as the role needs capability of rapidly shifting focus and responding to ever-changing conditions
• Strong consulting experience Project Management
• Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred
• Knowledge of software development process and cycle
• Knowledge of Agile project methodology is preferred
• Associated experience in project delivery and/or Project Management qualifications such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• Proficient in Project Management tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet, etc.
• Additional languages beneficial
• Work flexible hours
• All other duties as assigned
Travel
• Must be able to travel up to 50%, with the potential for international travel
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
