Responsibilities
- Configure demonstrations of our time and attendance, leave management, and scheduling products based on prospective client requirements.
- Be a creative problem solver and weave compelling stories within our solutions.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot application environments.
- Participate in discovery calls and requirements interpretation.
- Prepare detailed demonstration documentation.
- Collaborate and review product configurations with Solution Consultants.
- Conduct occasional presentations to prospective customers.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly learn product configuration using a proprietary programming language.
- Previous experience with complex software configuration desirable.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Must work well as a team member and be motivated individually.
- Be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds.
- Suggest best practices within the scope of our products’ capabilities.
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Previous experience with Excel formulas helpful.
Travel
- Occasional travel may be required. Travel is less than 10%.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
