General Office Clerk (WIOA Adult/DL, ISY, OSY)

*This is a Work Experience (work-based learning) position available through Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and dynamic Office Clerk to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support while actively engaging with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:
   • Manage and maintain schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
   • Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and reports.
   • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy accessibility.
   • Prepare and distribute documents and presentations as needed.
2. Customer and Client Engagement:
   • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
   • Ensure clients receive timely updates, services, and support to meet their specific needs.
   • Actively communicate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and deliver solutions effectively.
3. Operational Support:
   • Assist with office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination.
   • Support the planning and execution of company events, client meetings, and conferences.
   • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
4. Team Coordination:
   • Liaise between executives, employees, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
   • Support cross-functional teams by providing administrative assistance and coordination.
