Maintenance Helper Duties :
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
- Support skilled tradespeople in complex repair tasks, providing tools and hands-on assistance.
- Participate in building inspections to identify repair needs and safety hazards.
- Facilitate event setup and breakdown by arranging furniture and equipment.
- Execute minor building repairs such as patching walls and fixing door handles.
- Maintain outdoor areas through landscaping and snow removal.
