The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the operational aspect of the Marketing department, which includes social media platforms, promotions, and customer events. The Marketing Specialist will provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Enthusiastically embrace Solarugreen's values by assisting the sales team with sales events, promotions, and prospecting to increase sales.
- Confer with customers in person or by telephone to answer questions regarding marketing events.
- Maintain appropriate online listings.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships with various marketing partners.
- Keep current on best practices and emerging technologies and trends within the industry.
- Drive social media communication for the store. Maintain and update local Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan, develop, and schedule content, create response-generating contests and campaigns, interact and engage with customers, and respond to questions.
- Liaison to charitable and community events.
- Attend local Chamber of Commerce events.
