- Assisting Clients :
- Greeting clients and offering them refreshments while they wait.
- Escorting clients to their barber's station and preparing them for their services (e.g., draping with a cape).
- Shampooing and Conditioning :
- Washing clients' hair and applying conditioners or treatments as directed by the barber.
- Maintaining Cleanliness :
- Sweeping hair clippings from the floor and keeping the work area tidy throughout the day.
- Cleaning and sterilizing tools, towels, and equipment after each use.
- Product Management :
- Restocking and organizing hair care products and grooming supplies.
- Assisting with inventory management and notifying senior barbers when supplies need to be replenished.
- Observing and Learning :
- Shadowing and assisting licensed barbers to learn techniques and gain practical experience.
