As a Shop & Technicians Assistant, you will provide support to our technicians and help maintain a clean and organized shop environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting technicians with preventative maintenance and repair jobs, preparing and stocking trucks for upcoming jobs, and participating in company-sponsored training classes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid driver's license with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUIs. You should also be able to work in diverse climate conditions and pass a drug test. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented, able to follow directions, and focus on tasks at hand. Physical demands of the job require employees to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
