The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong attention to detail, safety orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
This role requires troubleshooting and diagnosing skills, as well as project-related work, with a focus on preventative maintenance throughout the plant.
Key Requirements:
- Journeyman Electrician/Instrumentation Technician
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with high voltage (up to 4K) and NFPA Arc Flash protocols
- Familiarity with IEEE standards (an asset)
- Ability to read electrical drawings, ladder logic, loop drawings, and other electrical drawings
- Pass pre-employment checks (medical/drug screen/background check)
- Available for occasional on-call rotations
