Skills & Requirements:

• Extensive Die Insight: Adept with both progressive and transfer dies
• Troubleshooting Genius: Excels at diagnosing issues under pressure
• Welding Prowess: Prefer experience with TIG (Tungsten) welding
• Valued Certification: Journeyman accolade from the Department of Labor bolsters your application

Note: Plastic injection molding specialists need not apply.

Benefits & Rewards:

• Initial pay at $33/hour rising to $35.25/hour after the first 90 days for Journeypersons. Apprentices earn between $22 and $31 per hour based on qualifications.
• Shift Perquisites: Add $1 for third shift, $1.50 for second shift.
• Dedicated Shifts: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Time and a Half: Overtime compensated at 1.5X post-40 hours weekly (annual OT spans 150-250 hours)
