**Job Summary:
The Maintenance Controls Technician troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains manufacturing equipment, including plastic blow molding, injection molding, and ancillary systems. They ensure machine efficiency through root cause analysis and process evaluations while interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. This role also involves mentoring team members, ensuring safety compliance, performing quality inspections, and completing preventive maintenance. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting robotics, cameras, sensors, and ladder logic issues while supporting the maintenance team as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plastic blow molding, injection molding, and ancillary equipment.
- Perform machine process evaluations to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
- Use root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Interpret and apply electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics for problem-solving.
- Train and mentor team members on mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure workplace safety by maintaining functional guards and safety devices.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing to uphold manufacturing standards.
- Complete preventive maintenance (PMs) and work orders as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S 1 principles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with robotics, cameras, sensors, and ladder logic.
- Assist the maintenance team with troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
