Job Description:
-Keep the area around the machine clean and safe to work in.
-Pin in full A-frames after material handler has delivered to frame.
-Verify that ticket pattern and fabric pattern match using the reference swatches.
-Set the specified roll length into the metering devices.
-Attach fabric to cardboard core with tape cross full width of the fabric.
-Inspect the fabric as it is rolled onto a cardboard core to specified length
-Monitor the exact width and record in the SAP.
-Flag all defects and record in SAP
-Remove sewn seams and pattern/ticket changes making two part piece.
-Wrap the piece with plastic wrap.
-Record the required data in the SAP, and properly identify the pieces with printed labels at the end of each roll.
-Wire tie both ends of the plastic wrap.
Deliver inspected samples to the sample room.
-Clean the frames at least once per week at end of shift.
-Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and quality standards

- Familiarity with inspection processes and quality control measures
- Strong communication skills for teamwork and reporting
- Basic math skills for inventory management and counting items

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
