Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and updates.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast inventory needs and manage reordering processes.
- Analyze data using tools such as Tableau to identify trends and improve inventory efficiency.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing products.
- Support category management initiatives by providing insights on stock performance and turnover rates.
- Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or related fields, preferably within a retail or warehouse environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and retail management practices.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
