$22.00 - $23.50 per hour

Shifts:
7am -3pm, 3pm -11pm and 11pm -7am.
Required Documents to Bring to the Event.
- NYS CNA License and Registration
- CNA Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Government Photo ID
- An up-to-date physical (within the last year) that must indicate:
- PPD within the last year or chest x-ray if positive PPD within last 2 years
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella titers
- 2 Professional References Letters
- BLS Certification
- Proof of Vaccination Card
