Description
Under the direction of the President, the primary role of this position is to plan, organize, and integrate Enterprise Solution level information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
This position will coordinate the work of sales, Programming, and Customer Services staff to facilitate successful customer or internal engagements. The core element of the job is organizing people and time resources and seeing the project through from inception to completion.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Developing project plans and goals; identifying resources needed.
Developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project.
Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities.
Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Responsible for certain internal collaboration solutions used to optimize/automate workstreams.
Participate in periodic in-house and vendor training activities.
Responsible for monitoring engaged 3rd party IT vendor activities to ensure they follow all applicable Company IT controls policies
Maintain membership in appropriate professional technology organizations.
Possess and exhibit the highest standards of professionalism and personal integrity.
Perform duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Review and adhere to all WTP policies and procedures including but not limited to the Employee Handbook, the Company’s IT Security and Compliance Program (includes HIPAA), Safety and Personnel policies.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree, or a minimum of five years of progressively responsible work experience in information technology is essential.
Must have good emotional intelligence.
Experience utilizing a Project Management methodology is important.
Must be proactive and willing to improve on processes.
Must work exceptionally well in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to motivate staff and work effectively with WTP peers.
Must be customer-oriented and focused upon long-tern success.
The ability to identify and resolve problems quickly is important.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Self-direction is a must.
Job Specific Skills
Must have a solid understanding of general Application Development and/or Customer Implementations.
Must have a solid understanding of general Enterprise IT controls and concepts.
Able to conduct effective meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $89,714.00 - $99,716.00 per year
