About the Role

WorkHorse is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Dealer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll take over after the sales process is complete and guide our dealers through onboarding, training, and early success with the WorkHorse platform.

This isn’t just a support role—it’s a mission-critical position that helps our dealers succeed from day one. You’ll work directly with alarm companies, starting with a blank slate, importing their data into WorkHorse, and teaching them how to use our system to streamline and grow their business.


What You’ll Do
  • Take ownership of new dealer onboarding after the sale is closed
  • Import dealer data using tools like Excel and our custom import tools
  • Set up CRM, billing, and operations modules for each dealer
  • Deliver 1-on-1 or small group training sessions to help dealers learn the software
  • Act as the first point of contact for early-stage support and questions
  • Identify and solve setup and usage issues during the onboarding process
  • Track and report onboarding progress and dealer feedback

  • What You Bring
    • Basic-to-intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
    • Familiarity with CRM software and business operations
    • Strong communication and organization skills
    • Willingness to learn and take ownership of dealer success
    • Comfortable working with small business owners and tech-savvy professionals
    • No college degree required—just a great attitude and work ethic

    Salary : $40,000 - $75,000
