Job Description : The Opportunity
Workhuman's Demand Generation team is growing and in search of an agile, accountable, and collaborative Demand Generation Manager. The Demand Generation Manager will own, plan, execute, and measure multichannel marketing campaigns that are critical to Workhuman's predictable and quality pipeline growth. The right candidate will also assist Growth Marketing leadership in advancement of reporting capabilities and strategies, innovate our playbook, and evolve ways of working to improve program speed, quality, and campaign responses.
In this role you will work directly with our Business Development team, external agencies, and internal stakeholders such as data / reporting, project management, paid media, content marketing, and marketing operations. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation.
- Please note this is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office
