Monitors all aspects of parts department operations and interfaces with maintenance and accounting to insure proper functions of parts department by performing the following duties.

- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company’s applicable insurance policies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.

Responsibilities:
- Comply with the Location’s attendance/tardiness standards.
- Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records.
- Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors in computations or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
- Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
- Prepares reports such as inventory balances, price lists and shortages.
- Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
- Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, rentals, and similar items.
- Compiles invoices, checks, account statements, reports and other records.
- Answers telephone, convey messages, and run errands.
- Stocks and issues materials or merchandise.
- Responsible for purchasing activities and related documents.
- Maintains proper inventory levels to support maintenance operations and outside customer support.
- Assists maintenance department with special projects and quotes.
- Assists accounting department as requested with receivables and payables.
- Deals with vendors and manufactures to obtain the best possible discounts on parts and services.
- Works with maintenance customers and outside customers on any problems that may arise concerning parts and service.
- Plans layout of inventory room, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial action to resolve discrepancies.
- Responsible for general appearance of parts room and parts sales office.
- Responsible for Inventory Room and Parts Sales Office general appearance.
