The primary functions of the job are to acquire and service new residents, service existing and assigned residents, and work closely with locations within an assigned territory.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, aviation management, or related field preferred.
- At least five (5) years of documented sales success and experience or management of aviation real estate in the aviation industry
Additional knowledge and skills:
- Possess a high degree of tact, persuasion, negotiation ability, and professional etiquette.
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Must develop innovative real estate sales strategies and continually drive for sales growth.
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Unrestricted ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve or exceed all assigned real estate sales goals
- Develop and implement real estate sales strategies dictated by market and customer analysis and overall corporate philosophy.
- Work closely with members of the commercial and operation groups, including key account managers, global sales operations, revenue management, regional vice presidents, operations directors, and general managers, to analyze, develop and implement location-specific real estate sales strategies in conjunction with the region and overall corporate philosophy.
- Develop potential resident target market lists and engage a real estate sales plan to obtain new residents in valuable segments for Signature Aviation.
- Ensure effective control of regional real estate sales strategies and take proactive and corrective action to guarantee the achievement of regional sales objectives.
- Promote and maintain resident relationships by conducting professional sales and marketing campaigns that align with the company's customer service philosophy, including regular visits to resident corporate flight departments and on-site visits of current and potential residents.
- Ensure direct interaction with current and future residents to promote continued Signature loyalty.
- Track, define, and report on market trends and attitudes. Evaluates and adjust real estate sales strategy to meet changing conditions.
- Develop and implement resident promotional activities that include resident events at bases, regional and national trade organization events, and resident appreciation events that maintain focus on Signature's value and service philosophies
- Coordinate real estate sales efforts with other members of the Customer Engagement team.
