Job Description
The Lodge Experience Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation and guest experience at our lodge. This includes managing a team of staff, developing and implementing entertainment programs, and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the lodge.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead a team of staff, including Executive Chef, to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all areas of responsibility.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Experience:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns.
- Cultivate a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, fostering positive guest interactions and building rapport.
- Dining & Food Service:
- Manage inventory and beverage supplies, ensuring efficient ordering and stock levels.
- Supervise dining staff, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent service.
- Grounds Maintenance & Facilities Management:
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of lodge grounds, including landscaping, trails, and outdoor facilities.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff or contractors for repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of all indoor and outdoor spaces.
