- Willingness to work weekends and evenings, while working with fellow interns to manage your flexible schedule
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working special events, rentals, and tournaments while representing The Beal Center
- Assisting Operations Manager in the development and execution of internal programming
- Assisting Food & Beverage manager with inventories and learning the entire operations of concession stands in the sports world
- Assisting Maintenance Director in keeping the 100,000 sq ft facility in top shape
- Creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and fun facility for all guests
- Provide unmatched support so that all customers leave with an excellent customer experience and a desire to return
- This is an unpaid, in-person, internship in Chesterfield, MO. While this internship is unpaid, there are paid tasks and commission opportunities available throughout the season.
