Job Expectations
- Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in both Padel and Tennis for players of all ages and skill levels, fostering development through innovative training programs and inclusive activities.
- Organize and oversee various sports activities and events
- Ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all participants
- Conduct private and group lessons tailored to various skill levels.
- Evaluate players' abilities, offer constructive feedback, and develop personalized training plans.
- Collaborate with fellow professionals to innovate training techniques and strategies.
- Promote Tennis and Padel programs to engage the community and grow the sports.
- Organize and lead events to enhance player experience and community participation.
- Professional certifications from reputable Padel and Tennis organizations are a must-have for this role.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Padel and Tennis preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in both Padel and Tennis techniques, strategies, and rules to effectively guide players towards improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback to players of varying skill levels.
- Proven ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and maximize player development.
- Ability to stand and instruct for extended periods to ensure effective delivery of lessons.
- Comfort working outdoors in diverse weather conditions to accommodate outdoor tennis and padel activities.
- Physical fitness and agility to actively participate in on-court demonstrations and drills to assist players in skill development.
