What You'll Be Doing
Our Summer camp is owned and operated by the Moravian Church in America, Southern Province. We are a non-profit agency in the church. We are a church camp and our mission statement is: Laurel Ridge is a mountain place set apart for forming disciples of Jesus Christ who live and learn in community to serve in the world.
Laurel Ridge provides a range of facilities year-round for rental to individuals and groups from various backgrounds. We also host special events and programs for all ages in one of the most beautiful settings in the high country. We operate summer camp June until the first of August.

What You'll Be Doing
- If you perfer maintenance, these tasks would include: Mowing, weed eating, cleaning facilities, dishes in the dining hall, and maintenance jobs under the guidance of the Facilities Manager and/or the Director.
- If you prefer to be a summer camp counselor and give support to campers this would include: Sleeping in a cabin with campers, making sure they attend all of their daily activities, making sure that the campers get what they need daily including medications. working under the direction of the Program Manager
- Assist with all activities.
- Make sure all campers are safe and well taken care of.
