Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pool Construction Technician to join our team. This role involves building, installing, and repairing residential and commercial swimming pools. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, plumbing, and electrical work, with knowledge of pool installation best practices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by excavating, leveling, and setting foundations.
- Install pool structures, including steel frames, rebar, liners, and gunite or concrete shells.
- Assemble and connect plumbing, filtration, and electrical systems.
- Apply finishing materials such as tile, plaster, and waterproof coatings.
- Diagnose and repair structural, plumbing, and filtration system issues.
- Operate construction equipment, including excavators, cement mixers, and hand tools.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in pool construction, general construction, plumbing, or electrical work.
- Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and technical schematics.
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
Preferred Certifications
